TallyBridge by Comsky

Delete your account

Applies to the TallyBridge mobile app (in.co.comhard.tallybridge) and the TallyBridge web app.

You can have your TallyBridge account and the data held with it deleted. This page says how to ask, exactly what is erased, what we must keep, and how long it takes.

The short version

How to request it

Send an email to comhardapps@gmail.com with the subject Delete my TallyBridge account, including:

Send it from the registered address where you can. We will always verify who you are before erasing anything — an accounting record is not something to delete on an unverified request, and the person asking is not always the person who owns the books.

What gets deleted

DeletedWhat that covers
Your account Name, email address, phone number, password hash, sign-in history and notification settings.
Your books Everything synced from your TallyPrime — ledgers, groups, vouchers, bills, stock items and balances — including the customer and supplier details contained in them.
Devices Notification tokens for every phone signed in to the account.
Organisation If you ask for the whole organisation: its companies, its other users, and its saved settings and reports.

What we keep, and why

Two things survive a deletion request, and both are because the law requires it rather than because we want them:

Nothing in either category is your accounting data.

How long it takes

Two things people expect and should not

If you can still sign in

Signed-in users on a paid plan can also raise the request through support inside the app, which reaches the same queue. Either route is fine; the email route is documented here because it works whether or not you can get into your account.
