TallyBridge by Comsky — Desktop Connector

Syncs your TallyPrime data to the cloud. Windows 10/11 & Server · x64 · v1.7.53

This is the last update you install by hand

From v1.7.0 onwards the connector updates itself: it checks for a new version on startup and every 6 hours, and installs it in the background. Nothing to watch for, no download page to revisit. Versions before v1.7.0 cannot update themselves — they were built without an update channel — so this one time, please download and run the installer below. After that you're done.

Every update must carry a valid signature from our release key before it is installed, and the connector keeps the previous version so a bad update rolls itself back. You can turn automatic installs off in About & updates inside the app and press Check for updates yourself instead.

TallyBridge v1.7.53 latest

Desktop app with a proper window for sign-in & settings — no browser. Upgrading from 1.7.28 or earlier? Close the old connector completely first (tray icon → Quit, and check Task Manager), then run this one. It refuses to start if another copy is running.

New in v1.7.53. Invoices printed from the mobile app now carry three details they were leaving blank: the batch number under each item, the discount percent on lines that have one, and the billed quantity alongside the quantity supplied. TallyPrime was already sending all three; the connector was not reading them. Nothing about how your data syncs changes, and no new information is requested from Tally. Existing invoices fill in as Tally marks them altered, so the new details appear on new and edited vouchers first — a Re-sync all data brings the rest across at once.

TallyBridge-service.exe

Headless build (no window/UI). For running as a Windows service or on a server/RDP host. Configure via the settings window on a desktop, or settings.json. This build is v1.7.6 and is not refreshed with each release. It also shares the desktop update feed, so allowing it to auto-update replaces it with the windowed build. Use the download above unless you specifically need a headless install — and tell us if you do.

Previous release — v1.2.4

Kept available so you can roll back if v1.7.53 misbehaves on your setup. Note that v1.2.4 has no update channel, so rolling back also means going back to updating by hand.

Quick start

  1. Make sure TallyPrime is running and its HTTP/XML gateway is enabled (F1 → Settings → Connectivity → Client/Server → set as "Both", port 9000).
  2. Run TallyBridge.exe. The connector opens its own window (not a browser).
  3. In the window, Create account (or Sign in) — right there, no email code needed.
  4. Pick the Tally company to sync.
  5. Minimise the window (it stays in the taskbar) and leave it running — it syncs automatically. View your dashboards and reports in the web app.

The window uses Microsoft Edge WebView2, which is built into Windows 11 and present on virtually all Windows 10 machines. If it's missing, the connector opens the setup page in your browser as a fallback.

Verify the download (optional)

  1. PowerShell: Get-FileHash .\TallyBridge.exe -Algorithm SHA256
  2. Compare against the SHA-256 shown above (or SHA256SUMS.txt).

Windows SmartScreen may warn on first run because these builds aren't code-signed yet — click More info → Run anyway. Signed installers (MSI) are on the roadmap.
